Stir-Fried Pork with Green Peppers
Ingredients
- Pork slices 200g
- Green peppers 2
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Ginger 1 small piece
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Cooking wine 1 tablespoon
- Salt To taste
- Cooking oil 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Slice the pork into thin slices. Cut the green peppers into thin strips. Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
- Stir-fry the chopped garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the pork slices to the pan and stir-fry until they change color.
- Add cooking wine and soy sauce, and continue stirring until well combined.
- Add the green pepper strips and stir-fry for a few minutes until the peppers become soft.
- Season with salt according to personal taste.
- Stir-fry until everything is well combined, then remove from heat.
- Transfer the stir-fried pork with green peppers to a plate.
- Serve hot as a main dish or with steamed rice.
