Stir-Fried Pork with Green Peppers

Ingredients

  • Pork slices 200g
  • Green peppers 2
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking wine 1 tablespoon
  • Salt To taste
  • Cooking oil 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Slice the pork into thin slices. Cut the green peppers into thin strips. Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Stir-fry the chopped garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add the pork slices to the pan and stir-fry until they change color.
  5. Add cooking wine and soy sauce, and continue stirring until well combined.
  6. Add the green pepper strips and stir-fry for a few minutes until the peppers become soft.
