Vinegar-Glazed Cabbage

Ingredients

  • Cabbage 1 small head
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt To taste
  • Cooking Oil 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Shred the cabbage into thin strips. Mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until it starts to wilt.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
