Jasmine Tea Jelly with Milk
Ingredients
- Jasmine tea bags 2 bags
- Water 500ml
- Sugar Some
- Gelatin powder 10g
- Fresh milk 200ml
- Fruits Some, diced
Steps
- Place the jasmine tea bags in hot water and steep for 10 minutes
- Remove the tea bags and add sugar, stirring until dissolved
- Mix the gelatin powder with water, stirring until it swells. Let it sit for 5 minutes
- Combine the jasmine tea and swollen gelatin mixture, stirring well
- Pour the tea mixture into molds and add the diced fruits
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until the jelly sets
- Heat the milk and add sugar, stirring until dissolved
- Once the tea jelly is set, pour the milk into a cup
- Gently score the surface of the jelly with a knife and transfer it to the cup
- Mix the jelly and milk together by stirring
