Hot and Sour Shredded Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 2
  • Red Bell Pepper 1
  • Green Bell Pepper 1
  • Garlic Cloves To taste
  • Ginger To taste
  • White Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Light Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking Wine 1 tablespoon
  • White Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt To taste
  • Ground Pepper To taste
  • Cooking Oil To taste

Steps

  1. Slice the potatoes, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper into thin shreds. Mince the garlic cloves and ginger.
  2. Heat some cooking oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the red and green bell pepper shreds to the pan and stir-fry for a moment.
  4. Add the potato shreds and continue to stir-fry.
  5. Pour in the cooking wine and stir-fry until well combined.
  6. Season with white sugar, salt, and ground pepper.
  7. Pour in the white vinegar and light soy sauce, and stir-fry until the potato shreds are tender.
