Hot and Sour Shredded Potatoes
Ingredients

- Red Bell Pepper 1
- Green Bell Pepper 1
- Garlic Cloves To taste
- Ginger To taste
- White Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Light Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Cooking Wine 1 tablespoon
- White Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt To taste
- Ground Pepper To taste
- Cooking Oil To taste
Steps
- Slice the potatoes, red bell pepper, and green
bell pepper into thin shreds. Mince the garlic
cloves and ginger.
- Heat some cooking oil in a pan and sauté the
minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the red and green bell pepper shreds to the
pan and stir-fry for a moment.
- Add the potato shreds and continue to
stir-fry.
- Pour in the cooking wine and stir-fry until well
combined.
- Season with white sugar, salt, and ground
pepper.
- Pour in the white vinegar and light soy sauce,
and stir-fry until the potato shreds are
tender.
- Once the flavors are well blended and the
potatoes are cooked to your desired texture,
turn off the heat.
- Serve the hot and sour shredded
potatoes.
