Korean Army Stew
Ingredients
- Canned luncheon meat 1 can
- Hot dogs 2 pieces, sliced
- Ham sausages 2 pieces, sliced
- Tofu 1 block, cubed
- Kimchi As needed
- Kimchi soup base As needed
- Instant noodles 2 packs
- Korean spicy sauce As needed
- Cilantro As needed
- Boiled eggs 2
- Green onion As needed
- Seaweed As needed
Steps
- Pour the kimchi soup base into a pot and heat it up
- Add canned luncheon meat, hot dogs, ham sausages, and tofu to the pot and cook until done
- Cook the instant noodles and add them to the pot
- Add desired amount of spicy cabbage (kimchi) and Korean spicy sauce to adjust the spiciness and flavor
- Cut the boiled eggs in half and add them to the pot
- Garnish the stew with cilantro, green onions, and seaweed on top
