Ants Climbing a Tree(Sauteed Vermicelli with minced Pork)
Ingredients
- Vermicelli noodles 100g
- Pork 150g
- Spring onion Some
- ginger Some
- garlic Some
- Doubanjiang 1 tablespoon
- Cooking wine 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste
- Cooking oil Some
Steps
- Soak the vermicelli noodles in hot water until softened. Set aside.
- Heat a pan with some cooking oil and sauté the spring onions, ginger, and garlic.
- Add the doubanjiang (broad bean paste with chili) to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the ground pork to the pan and stir-fry until it changes color.
- Add the cooking wine and soy sauce to the pan and stir well.
- Pour in some water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the softened vermicelli noodles to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
- Continue stir-frying until the sauce is reduced and absorbed by the noodles.
- Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Stir-fry until everything is well mixed, then turn off the heat.
- Transfer to a serving plate and it's ready to be enjoyed.
