Spicy Hot Pot

Ingredients

  • Beef 200g
  • Pork 200g
  • Chicken 200g
  • Fish Tofu 200g
  • Bean Curd Skin 100g
  • Sichuan Peppercorns as needed
  • Dried Chili Peppers as needed
  • Minced Garlic as needed
  • Minced Ginger as needed
  • Spicy Hot Pot Seasoning as needed
  • Cooking Oil as needed
  • Salt as needed
  • Soy Sauce as needed
  • Cooking Wine as needed
  • White Pepper Powder as needed
  • Chicken Stock Powder as needed
  • Cilantro as needed

Steps

  1. Slice the beef, pork, and chicken into thin pieces.
  2. Cut the fish tofu into small chunks and the bean curd skin into wide strips.
  3. Heat a wok or pan with some cooking oil. Add Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the spicy hot pot seasoning and stir-fry until well combined.
  5. Add the beef, pork, chicken, fish tofu, and bean curd skin. Stir-fry until evenly coated.
  6. Season with salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and white pepper powder. Stir-fry to evenly distribute the seasoning.
  7. Continue stir-frying until the ingredients are cooked through.
  8. Add an appropriate amount of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the ingredients are tender.
  9. Add chicken stock powder and stir-fry to combine.
  10. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
