Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients

  • Pork 300g, cut into pieces
  • Pineapple 250g, cut into chunks
  • Green bell pepper 1, cut into chunks
  • Red bell pepper 1, cut into chunks
  • Onion 1, cut into chunks
  • Scallions Some, cut into segments
  • Ginger slices Some

  • Cooking wine Some

Steps

  1. Marinate the pork pieces with cooking wine, salt, and white pepper powder for a while
