Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork
Ingredients
- Pork 300g, cut into pieces
- Pineapple 250g, cut into chunks
- Green bell pepper 1, cut into chunks
- Red bell pepper 1, cut into chunks
- Onion 1, cut into chunks
- Scallions Some, cut into segments
- Ginger slices Some
- Garlic cloves Some, minced
- Cooking wine Some
- Salt Some
- White pepper powder Some
- Ketchup Some
- Sugar Some
- Vinegar Some
- Cornstarch Some
Steps
- Marinate the pork pieces with cooking wine, salt, and white pepper powder for a while
- Heat some cooking oil in a pan, add scallions, ginger slices, and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant
- Add the marinated pork pieces to the pan and stir-fry until they change color
- Add onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper, and stir-fry evenly
- Season with tomato sauce, sugar, and vinegar, and mix well
- Add the pineapple chunks and continue stir-frying to coat the meat and pineapple with the sauce
- Add some water to the pan and bring to a boil, then thicken the sauce with cornstarch
- Stir well and remove from heat. Serve hot
