Stir-Fried Beef Ho Fun
Ingredients
- Wide rice noodles 200 grams
- Beef 150 grams
- Scallions To taste
- Bean sprouts To taste
- Carrots To taste
- Eggs 2
- Garlic To taste
- Light soy sauce To taste
- Dark soy sauce To taste
- Salt To taste
- White pepper powder To taste
- Cooking oil To taste
Steps
- Soak the wide rice noodles in hot water until soft, then set aside.
- Slice the beef into thin slices. Cut the scallions into segments. Trim the bean sprouts. Shred the carrots. Mince the garlic.
- Heat some cooking oil in a pan and scramble the eggs. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more cooking oil and stir-fry the beef slices until they change color. Remove and set aside.
- Add more cooking oil to the pan and sauté the scallions and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shredded carrots and bean sprouts and stir-fry until evenly cooked.
- Add the soaked wide rice noodles and stir-fry until well combined.
- Season with light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry.
- Add the cooked beef slices and stir-fry until well combined.
- Season with salt and white pepper powder to taste. Continue to stir-fry.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
