Creamy Shrimp and Ham Carbonara
Ingredients
- Spaghetti 300 grams, cooked according to package instructions
- Shrimp 200 grams
- Ham 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Onion 1, finely chopped
- Garlic 3 cloves, minced
- Butter 50 grams
- Milk 100 milliliters
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
- Fresh parsley leaves for garnish
Steps
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in the skillet until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
- Add the sliced ham and shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry until the shrimp turns pink and cooked through.
- Pour in the milk and continue stirring until well combined.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss with the sauce until well coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
