Stir-Fried Beans
Ingredients
- String Beans 250g
- Scallions Some
- Ginger Some
- Garlic Some
- Chili Pepper Some
- Salt Some
- White Pepper Powder Some
- Cooking Oil Some
Steps
- Wash and cut the string beans into sections. Finely chop the scallions, ginger, garlic, and slice the chili pepper.
- Heat the wok with cold oil, add the string beans and stir-fry until slightly charred. Remove and drain the excess oil.
- Reheat the wok with a small amount of cooking oil, add the chopped scallions, ginger, garlic, and chili pepper, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the stir-fried string beans to the wok and stir-fry evenly.
- Add a suitable amount of salt and white pepper powder, and continue stir-frying for a few minutes.
- When the string beans are well-cooked, slightly charred, and aromatic, turn off the heat.
- Transfer the cooked dry-fried string beans to a serving plate and they are ready to be enjoyed.
