Stir-Fried Beans

Ingredients

  • String Beans 250g
  • Scallions Some
  • Ginger Some
  • Garlic Some
  • Chili Pepper Some
  • Salt Some
  • White Pepper Powder Some
  • Cooking Oil Some

Steps

  1. Wash and cut the string beans into sections. Finely chop the scallions, ginger, garlic, and slice the chili pepper.
  2. Heat the wok with cold oil, add the string beans and stir-fry until slightly charred. Remove and drain the excess oil.
  3. Reheat the wok with a small amount of cooking oil, add the chopped scallions, ginger, garlic, and chili pepper, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the stir-fried string beans to the wok and stir-fry evenly.
  5. Add a suitable amount of salt and white pepper powder, and continue stir-frying for a few minutes.
  6. When the string beans are well-cooked, slightly charred, and aromatic, turn off the heat.
  7. Transfer the cooked dry-fried string beans to a serving plate and they are ready to be enjoyed.
