Mushroom Vegetable Buns

Ingredients

  • Flour 300g
  • Mushrooms 100g, diced
  • Carrots 1, diced
  • Bean sprouts 100g
  • Green onion Some, finely chopped
  • Ginger Some, minced
  • Cooking oil Some
  • Salt Some
  • Soy sauce Some
  • Light soy sauce Some
  • Cooking wine Some

Steps

  1. Mix the flour with some water to form a dough and let it rest for a while
  2. Blanch the mushrooms, carrots, and bean sprouts in boiling water, then remove and set aside
  3. Heat some cooking oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and minced ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant
  4. Add the mushrooms, carrots, and bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry evenly
  5. Season with salt, soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and white pepper powder, and mix well
  6. Roll out the dough into thin sheets and wrap in the filling, sealing the edges tightly
  7. Place the buns in a steamer with some water, and steam until cooked
