Mushroom Vegetable Buns
Ingredients
- Flour 300g
- Mushrooms 100g, diced
- Carrots 1, diced
- Bean sprouts 100g
- Green onion Some, finely chopped
- Ginger Some, minced
- Cooking oil Some
- Salt Some
- Soy sauce Some
- Light soy sauce Some
- Cooking wine Some
- White pepper powder Some
Steps
- Mix the flour with some water to form a dough and let it rest for a while
- Blanch the mushrooms, carrots, and bean sprouts in boiling water, then remove and set aside
- Heat some cooking oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and minced ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant
- Add the mushrooms, carrots, and bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry evenly
- Season with salt, soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and white pepper powder, and mix well
- Roll out the dough into thin sheets and wrap in the filling, sealing the edges tightly
- Place the buns in a steamer with some water, and steam until cooked
- Remove the steamed mushroom vegetable buns from the steamer, arrange on a plate, and serve
